Source hierarchy

We begin with ssc.gov.in examination notices, tentative calendars, corrigenda, answer-key notices, result write-ups and candidate instructions. Departmental or regional material is used when the SSC notice directs candidates there. Third-party summaries do not override an official document.

Draft and verification

The editor maps each claim to a source, checks dates and cut-off language, separates tentative information from confirmed information, and avoids filling missing facts with assumptions. A current notification always wins when a general guide differs.

Updates

Time-sensitive pages show a review date and are revised when a new official notice or corrigendum changes a material fact. Stable guides are reviewed periodically and when a reader reports a possible error.

Multilingual content

Hindi, Tamil and Malayalam pages should preserve official technical terms where translation could change meaning. Native-language review is a publication requirement for important new or materially revised translations; pages awaiting that review must not be represented as fully human-reviewed.

Practice and paper policy

Practice questions are original and newly typed in SSC-like format with explanations. We use the PYQ label only when the source and reuse basis are clear; otherwise the material is described as practice.

Independence

Editorial explanations are not instructions from SSC. Any future sponsorship or commercial relationship must be disclosed and may not change the official-source standard.
