What to prepare
Core syllabus
Recent syllabus covers English, reasoning, school-level quantitative aptitude, general awareness, computer knowledge and the applicable typing/DEST skill.
Selection stages
Recent scheme: Tier I, Tier II modules, and qualifying Typing Test/DEST as applicable.
Post/skill preparation
Typing or data-entry preparation needs lead time, but candidates must use the exact 2026 speed, language and exemption rules when issued.
