What the notification decides
Eligibility dates
Age and essential educational qualification are assessed as on 1 August 2026, while the reopening notice changes closing-date-dependent clauses to 25 June.
Posts and pay
The notice lists Group B and Group C posts, pay levels, post-specific age bands and essential or desirable qualifications.
Examination scheme
It defines Tier I sectional timers, Tier II papers and modules, negative marking, qualifying rules and merit preparation.
Candidate obligations
OTR, Aadhaar/authentication rules, photograph and signature, certificates, post preference and admission instructions are binding.
